Pros
The company truly wants to be a great company to work for (just doesn't know how to accomplish that at times), Great benefits, lots of opportunity to move if that's your goal. You get to see the products you make get used, and have a positive impact on your community.
Cons
Not a lot of options for advancement, sometimes expected to fill too many job roles, not enough attention paid to a quality product, too much importance placed on moving to other locations.
