      Pros

      You can make some great bonuses at Actimize if the clients aren't already upset at Actimize over other issues.

      Cons

      BOYS CLUB. HR refuses to acknowledge this and address it. Many banks upset at Actimize over paying expensive maintenance fees they are getting nothing out of. Professional Services upset many banks due to length of time for implementations. There are many people working in powerful positions that have awful attitudes and treat others horribly as they feel they are safe since they have been there so long and won't get fired. HR itself is a joke, they don't take accountability for when they screw up your 401k or compensation.

      Factory based work culture

      Pros

      Good compensation package A lot of fun activities ( You will not get time to attend) Superficial feel-good factors.

      Cons

      Factory mindset of Managers Treats employees as working machines No appetite for learning and development. No time limit on the number of hours, mostly overworked. Leadership is solely focused on short-term revenue growth and ignores human resource development for the long term.

      Leadership is coming up with new strategies to compete with competitors. Incorporating the new technologies into legacy solutions on FinTech Industries. Providing the training programs for employees to become the trusted advisors with Financial customers

      Cons

      Leadership is failed to retain the solution experts. Poor process with backup strategies when employees leave from companies. Less exposure on Professionals team on R&D activities
