1. Niche work domain. AML and Fraud are very specialized arenas of banking and finance ecosystem. 2. Leading company in AML/ Fraud solutions that almost all the banks want to integrate with. 3. Latest technology used and products are continuously aligned with the market regulators and needs.

Cons

1. Too much work for a small group of people. There is always work and once BAU, the learning curve takes a hit. 2. India GTC has too much work and very less exposure to leadership decision making. 3. Product Management is less in India GTC, Research and Development (RnD) is major.

- food voucher should have been higher during the covid19 since the dining room was close but this is understandable since no one was prepare to this
