If your sanity is important to you and you want to keep a good relationships with your partner and kids - I don't recommend Actimize.

The NICE CEO seems like a great guy, smart, good speaker, clear vision.

Cons

Good qualities of NICE CEO are not shared by Actimize President. Transition of R&D offshore has resulted in lots of quality issues that tend to pull resources from the work they’re supposed to be doing and are being measured by. If you like dealing with unhappy customers who were sold products that do not exist or were pushed out prematurely, then this is the place for you.
