Pros

You can be a lousy unprofessional employee and slack off for 5 hours a day and no one will know. The company is loaded with money, it doesn't matter how well or badly you'll do your job, as long as you can fake your way out of it. Too bad all that money isn't being funneled into bonuses. Oh I'm sorry-- it is, but only if you're like 5+ years in the company and know how to play your politics right.

Cons

Crappy laptops, completely unprofessional, non-technical, out-of-touch management spending all their time in management meetings without writing or reading a single line of code. The meetings are absolutely unbearable, happy hours are simply management update sessions, no one is ever capable of making a decision since it doesn't really matter, money's gonna keep pouring in no matter what the achievements are. Waaaaaay too many management positions filled with non-technical individuals "directing" the team, when in practice they're just there because this company is practically incapable of firing anyone unless they've really screwed up. I fear "mediocre" is the most suitable adjective to use when describing the company.

Pros

Actimize lead it's market. Within the company there are great technical people which continue to innovate and create new products.

Cons

A lot of big clients, very healthy pipeline which creates a continues flow of enhancement requests - it's never boring.
