Very Exhaustive Experience but Excellent Domain & Products

1. Excellent Domain & Products - if you are ready to learn by yourself - sky is the limit 2. Excellent co-workers - you have to create a bond with R&D, Ops, Stakeholders, prod Management 3. Compliance Director (superb person) and Product Management side stakeholders based in US are superb to work with. I enjoyed working with them. Salary offered is sligtly upwards compared to market standard. Bonus pay out is ok!
Cons
Burnt and Exhausted 1. Very very long working hours 15-18+ hours per day 2. No proper prioritization of work 3. Everything is urgent! 4. No weekends at all! 5. Sacrifice personal moments of happiness. No time for Family 6. No work life balance at all 7. No appreciation to all the hard work done by POs. POs form the backbone here working like glue to R&D, Ops, Product Management Team and Stakeholder team 8. No recognition to POs - even after working day in and day out nobody appreciates the efforts put in BUT on the other hand R&D resources are appreciated and awarded.
