1) Company is doing good on financial side 2) Various employee engagement activities

Cons

1) You will hardly find good technical people 2) R&D team is just for namesake, they do product support work. 3) There are people hired who don't even know how to install and configure the product that they are part of from years 4) Management just believes in patch work 5) Everyone is master in passing on status instead of understanding the actual gravity of task 6) Product support team does not know about product. Actual development team does support work since they can not do anything. 7) Your work life balance goes for a toss as you are anytime called on a support call

Pros

It starts at the top with the CEO of the parent company. He radiates positive energy and has an open and honest approach that filters down throughout the Company. Continual learning through shared experiences is an important part of everyone's role and there are both formal and informal tracks to achieve this. Covid has brought the team closer together through a number of programs, for instance the provision of FitBit watches to encourage team members to stay healthy whilst competing with one another in challenges sponsored by the CEO. A great place to work if expansion and growth is high on your career needs.

Cons

Non really. Takes a while to understand the vast array of products but all the business owners are keen to promote learning.
