I would like to take this opportunity to write down about my experience with Nice Actimize GTC Pune. I joined Nice Actimize almost 6.5+ years ago as a Non-Actimize professional. During my tenure I learnt a lot about Actimize technology via different learning forums provided by the company. Today I hold critical certifications of this technology and am playing a key role in AML. Glad that my team and the leadership here at NICE helped me groove into this niche technology where am recognized as a key individual in the Actimize pool. Ample opportunities are provided for invention & innovation. Constant guidance & support from my Director, Group Managers and Tech Managers really helped me participate in such platforms through which I was able to patent my idea. Right from colleagues to managers to directors are transparent, always encouraging, guiding at every stage of your career. I am thankful to the enabling functions like HR, IT, Finance etc. for ensuring we achieve work-life balance, robust policies and their approachable attitude.
