There is a clear focus of management on the objectives and goals and the clarity helps employees to learn and grow technically. Technical learning is great, work involves exposure to some of the cutting edge technologies. Salary increment and Appraisal cycles are completed on time. Overall a good company to work and grow professionally.

Cons

Some HR policies are outdated and should be revisited.

1. Efforts are noticed & appreciated well. This keeps you going extra mile to serve better. 2. Opportunity to work with top thought leaders in several industries who are smart, collaborative and willing to share (You typically don't get such easy access and support) 3. One of the best working cultures anyone can vouch for 4. No micro-management at all and this is not easy to find in a company 5. Policies as well as any org level change is communicated very well

Cons

Every Organization has unique culture. While we grow, there are things that are evolving (Technology, Processes, People/Management etc.) that comes along with any growing company. Nice is one such company and rather than finding flaws, we should be focusing on what's happening right. And if you find anything which is not right, just fix it. That mindset will definitely be rewarded.
