It was during pandemic time I was going through multiple round of discussion with hiring manager, leadership team but this was all handled very efficiently and effectively by the recruiter. The onboarding process was so smooth that I didn't even realize the big change I was going through in terms of switching from one organization to another. HR team, IT team, hiring manager were just a ping/call away. Their prompt response and continued support is highly commendable. Today its been 6 months that I have joined NICE Actimize team and I truly feel gratified to be part of this growing organization and more importantly the ever growing team. Like many of my friends I also had those ifs and buts in mind in terms of how I would be able to get equipped with all the understanding required to perform successfully in my new role and meet the expectations in the new company when there is no physical interactions involved. And physical interaction is very much required to build rapport with colleague especially when you are new to the organization. But I was proved wrong. The team here have been very friendly and supportive and I could not feel any kind of impedance. Some of the key points that I would like to mention: 1.Good and positive work culture 2.
