Good Onboarding Program and Lots of Industry Expertise!

Pros

I enjoyed that my Supervisor was prepared for my onboarding and had a program for me to follow as I oriented to my new role. HR, cross-departmental partners and other leaders are also very supportive. A very different experience when you are used to the 'trial by fire' method of onboarding! : )

Cons

None to share presently, I am very impressed with NICE - Actimize! One con may be benefits co-payments on the healthcare side, contributions are a little high but this is off-set by a very fair and attractive compensation scale.

The people are very nice and welcoming Everyone is more approachable and not stuck behind closed doors The work life balance provided is necessary in this climate Not consistently stuck to a work desk Best office view in the city
