The overall company is very focused on growth both in financials and career paths. The CEO has a strong presence with all levels of the organization and finds creative ways to engage and reward high performers. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family. Tremendous company performance makes this a fun and exciting place to work!

Like all companies, there are a lot of internal controls set, and trying to react quickly to opportunities in some ways could be more challenging but not impossible.
