      Pros

      -You can learn technologies, good material resources for Oracle(SQL),PLSQL, DBA but java course content is average. (But getting time to learn is a hectic issue as you'll enagage in batch most of the times due less man power 3-4 people only. -Only in some domains trainers are good not all. Review/search then join [ even for a course learner ]

      Cons

      - Poor management - No proper leave structure. Carefully go through the offer letter and consider all aspects (Notice period, leave structure[ no paid leave] etc.). - Poor compensation, not a talent encouragement oriented - Spoiling the careers of freshers by putting a poor trainer (fresher trains freshers, no industry experience oriented. Only one experienced trainer) - A bit politics and regionalism

      Overall company culture is good. They have some of the best HR practices.

      Cons

      Sometime back for many years, there were poor Management practices & policies helping Incompetence's & Inefficiency. Currently it is in it's revival period as per the buzz around.
