Really understaffed. Can be left alone for the floor to defend for yourself against a ton of people. Pay is terrible compared to the work you’re doing. Every store around in mall is getting paid more while nike is minimum wage still. NO EMPLOYEE PARKING. A lot of managers that don’t know how to do their jobs and they don’t have solid communication among themselves. No flexible schedules for students anymore. You have to have an open availability for the weekend. Too much retail politics in the building. Too much gossip around store.
