      Individual Experience Depends on the team you are for. While my overall experience working for Nike has been positive, that is not everyones experience. As an admin setting the appropriate expectations for your scope of work is critical as there will be people that will take advantage of your support if you do not set boundaries. It is also hard to leave the administrative field once you are there, the experience gain in the role is rarely respected that way it should be and your capabilities are often under estimated in terms of finding new roles.

      Pros

      I had a positive experience for the most part. Pay was decent for a art time job in school. Benefits were great. I’d work there again

      Cons

      Managers would act like they didn’t believe you if you called out. I got into a car accident and called out and manager threatened to write me up for my first call out, after almost a year being there.
