Pros
The campus and facilities are beautiful. Sport and active lifestyles abound. Benefits are good. Free MAX pass was a great perk (trying to find parking on campus was a chore). Tuition reimbursement program was a great perk for continuing education. Great food offerings at cafeterias.
Cons
Work is often repetitive. There's so much competition for roles, it's hard to get promoted internally. With it being such a huge corporation, positions tend to be highly specialized and narrow. So if you need variety in your work, this might not be the best place. Super cliquey, run by the "popular kids". Toxic white male leadership abounds.
