      Nike TA is a joke!!! Dont’ get sold on joining for a FTE or Contract role that they will most likely turnover.

      Pros

      The people were amazing, but from what I know most of the FTE recruiters/leaders either got canned or left because of a toxic environment. They are trying to focus on Diversity, which is amazing, but Nike TA is doing it all wrong, especially when they hire within their own TA teams. They just want to tick the boxes to help boost their numbers IMO.

      Cons

      Leadership here is horrible. They make you think they have your back, but they don’t. Pay for a sr level recruiter is garbage. Growth is impossible. Even if you are a contractor I’ve seen it take years for them to convert if you are lucky. As a FTE make sure you are ready to kiss a lot of behind to get to where you want to go.

      great hours, great people, great scale of applications

      Cons

      there is no path to a promotion, you have to apply for new jobs. HR is confusing and poorly run. Do not become an ETW unless you want to be treated as a second class employee and miss out on all the benefits. Seek advice here if you don't understand.

      - Excellent working environment with a relaxed atmosphere - Fun activities and benefits such as half-day Fridays in the summer

      Cons

      - A huge expectation to be able to do work far outside of your job description - "opportunities to advance" means getting the title and work of the next ladder in your job without any pay to match
