Access to company store, nice campus, great cafeterias.

Cons

Stagnant, outdated, dinosaur-like management and corporate structure. Abusive to employees. Inflexible, hostile towards innovation. Extremely high human cost, low pay, poor hours, forced to work holidays with no extra benefit, forced to work weekends with no extra benefit, treated as a third rate person, not allowed to play sports on campus, no skills built or improvement to be had, management cares only about themselves, misleads employees about both the likelihood of permanent employment and even what job they're being hired for.

Pros

Very fun, dynamic and dedicated group of people. Business class on all international trips, two bars with beer and wine on campus, challenging work, great fitness facilities, regularly meeting sports celebrities. Everyone is Type A so things are always happening.

Cons

Nike tends to push people as hard as possible until they break, then leave them in the dirt with no more than a thank you. Our group was the golden child of Nike for a while but took a serious turn for the worse, poor leadership was put in place and pushed out many of the great talented folks I loved working with. Everyone is Type A, so often times the wrong things are happening.
