Pros

You're working for the best sports company in the world! If you love sports or have a passion to be around sports minded people and products, this is the place for you! Every day results in something new or different, which keeps you on your toes and never results in a boring routine. Co-workers are awesome and everyone seems to get along. The best part is working for a company that is constantly changing and innovating. If you put the time in, you will be rewarded.

Cons

It's retail so your schedule is never very consistent. Again it's retail, so be expected to help all kinds of customers..those who are happy and those who are not.

Pros

If you are looking to be part of the greatest athletic brand in the world, then Nike is the place for you. The business formula at Nike is quite simple. Beautiful and innovative apparel, footwear and gear lines that do not disappoint the customer and which are easy to sell due to quality, price and style. Beautiful working environments in the form of the Nike storefronts. Walking into work each day is a proud moment. Everything is impeccably displayed and great pride is taken by Nike team members to keep it that way, both at closing and throughout the work day. Great team spirit and camaraderie. Health benefits day 1, great employee discounts on already discounted shoes, apparel and gear.

Cons

The hours are very long and a very high level of fitness is required due to standing on one's feet all day, and the constant high energy needed to keep pace with customer service requests and product delivery throughout a work day. A work day at Nike retail can be as long as 12 hours door to door.
