Beautiful Campus Always events or celebrities on campus Friendly employees and fun products Great discounts at the employee store

Cons

Highly political environment Very hierarchical from parking to every aspect of how the business is run Very difficult to figure out who decision makers are. Even after a decision has been made another manager may come in and reverse the decision. This leads to chaos. Lack of accountability Lack of honesty in dealing with employees Many silos. Information is often held very close tot he vest. Could not get used to the alcohol that is prevalent on campus (even at meetings)
