Cons

Way too many politics for a startup. Promotions were favoritism based and mainly for those who can talk. Hard work were never appreciated. All the teams are trying to hide information from each other. No cooperations at all. Every meeting became a blame game. Quite a few teams were hired for no reason, they didn't contribute at all!! Stock options were wasted on early bad hires, lots of good candidates didn't join because of uncompetitive offer.

Not many except for free food

This is a terrible place for work. The managements is terrible and confused. The business team is terrible and cannot come up with a plan. People are leaving already including the head lawyer and people are pushed out.
