Pros

The starting pay is very good. The benefits are also pretty good if you last long enough to actually get them. The hiring process is slow, but not difficult.

Cons

They will use any reason to get rid of you during the probation period and won’t tell you why once they do. Brutal commutes are almost unavoidable (locations are Paterson, Hoboken, Cranford, and Red Bank, and they shuffle new hires through each of them). Job sites can be as far north as Suffern and as far south as Atlantic City. Training is inadequate for people with no experience in telecoms. Some coworkers are intimidating.
