      Benefits and training was great

      Cons

      Management micromanaging every little thing. We’re scared to go to bathroom half the time for fear we’ll be questioned on why so long away. Very stressful environment. Poor equipment and IT has no idea what they are doing.

      The workload - most people work past their scheduled hours just to keep up. There is no compensation when we are short staffed and we have to work longer hours just to keep up
