Excellent leadership Extreme high contribution of health insurance from NJM - low cost to the employee! Dental, 401k. Executive management is transparent and they do listen to their employees. Excellent life/work balance Great culture Free soup; nicely subsidized lunch - low cost to employee Paid training

Cons

NONE - I would go back to NJM in a heart beat! I very much miss this place already. All these negative reviews I completely disagree with. People really need to be patient in understanding how the Business Units work together. People in these reviews don’t realize what they have until they lose it. The CEO, executive VP, the CFO - I have talked face to face with them, and they are by far very humble and intelligent people. They respect you and see the value you provide to NJM.

Benefits comparable to other companies. Decent amount of PTO. Friendly co-workers. Nice grounds. Clean building but needs updating. Ample parking.

Cons

Unmanageable and unreasonable work load. Significantly underpaid. Unnecessary stress. Changes that were needed a decade ago are now happening at breakneck speed and employees are struggling to keep up. Lack of leadership and technology.
