Pros

Good Benefit package including insurance, PTO and more.

Cons

VERY Micro Managed. It is literally the supervisors job to find something wrong with your work. If they cannot find something wrong they get in trouble. They only way to be on the up side of management is to keep your head down and be a puppet to the management team or sleep your way up as my previous supervisor did. Very unethical, horrible place to work.

Pros

salary, PTO and benefits plan however difficult to have PTO approved. nice co-workers.

Cons

Poor training program, Unsupportive management team, Excessive micromanaging, Unattainable goals and with no support in reaching them. When hired it is important to remember you are just a number, not part of a "team." It is easy to feel like you are walking on eggshells at all times which can really take a toll on your mental health. This company does not care about their employees, they just want someone there to answer the phone. stay away from this company if you can.

Pros

There are no pros to working for this company.

Cons

Do not work for NJM. right now during the COVID-19 outbreak all telecommuters are being forced to work from home while everyone who doesn’t telecommute gets to sit home and do nothing and still collect the same paycheck as if they are still working. They also do this for snow days and don’t offer any comp time or overtime. It’s looking like the building will be closed for at least a month and we won’t be getting any kind of extra bonus for keeping the company thriving and still assisting out insureds. Does this seem like a fair place to work? I think not.
