NJM Insurance reviews

I just got out of there after less than 12 months. The negatives you read on Glassdoor are true! At first I thought the reviews were exaggerated but it turns out the micromanaging and no flexibility are very real. People that have been there a while are pretty upset and the newbies are all talking about jumping ship. I've clued a few people in that they need to stay away.

New management in my department has negatively affected my career. Favoritism, new rules that aren't supported by business requirements, lack of communication, fear of technology and a general attitude of superiority is bringing down morale and even worse, causing myself and my co-workers to look for jobs elsewhere. Until we are able to break free from the dysfunction that is now NJM, we will go through the motions each day and collect our pay checks. What a shame that it has come to this however, when you allow poor management to run a department, this is the result.
