Pros

Free ice tea, big cafeteria that's it

Cons

So many cons that there is not enough space, but here is some: Micro management, morale very, very bad, will take at least 20 years off your life if you stay, more than if you are a smoker. The listen to every phone call and I mean every phone call, watch every step your in UNLESS you are friends with supervisor or manager. They kill your spirit, very depressing job I ever had. DO NOT WORK HERE BEFORE CHECKING RATING OF THIS COMPANY AND SEE THAT ALOT OF PEOPLE SAY THE SAME THING, I FIRST THOUGHT IT WAS ME UNTIL I READ ALL POST. WISH I SAW THEM BEFORE WORKING HERE. No morale boosters, they never say good job. If you don't pick everything on the job while on training, be prepared to get a written warning, this is so true. Multiple people train you in different ways to do it, and if you ask which one to listen to they shrug their shoulders. What company gives you a written warning after a week of training, they do not give you a chance, and after getting this warning, how are you to do better with this on your shoulder. If you don't get in the click right away you are doomed. Very unprofessional that a supervisor goes to lunch with a coworker. I don't care if you are friends you should not go with a worker when there are more workers in the department unless you ask everyone to go, so all your personal information that you give to this person is not safe. The most wasted time of my life that I will never get back. THE TURN AROUND VERY HIGH AT THIS COMPANY. WHEN YOU HEAR THIS, THAT MEANS BAD COMPANY TO WORK FOR.

Pros

Good company to work for. 401k, pensions and medical

Cons

Way too much micromanaging. It's ashame as there are many good employees there working hard and trying to keep positive. Also the company made changes too late too.

Pros

Free training is provided, the people are generally nice, work hours are steady.

Cons

I lasted less than a year because what was sold to me by my Recruiter was not reality. She neglected to tell me that I would be treated like a child, would have very little power in making routine decisions, that my supervisor would be there to point out inconsequential mistakes rather than try to help me develop and that most of my co-workers would be unhappy with how they are treated and therefore pretty much miserable most of the time. And although vacation time is provided, it's a task trying to compete with others to actually get the day you want off. I hear that work from home is available but definitely not in my department and I can't understand why.
