      benefits (at the time), cafeteria, good friendships

      Cons

      Everything else! Poor management, employees are an after thought. If you are policyholder you are gold, if you are an employee you are close to nothing. It's run like a prison rather then a place of business. If the job market was better in the area, that place would crumble because everyone would leave.

      Lives up to its mission of serving the customer. Large attractive campus, friendly atmosphere, financially successful, stable and secure.

      Cons

      Hidebound. Obedience is rewarded, innovation is stifled. At most levels, managers are timid, and the entire culture is one of following a myriad of mostly pointless rules.
