Competitive pay ,Training is very in depth. Better than most call centers.

Cons

Terrible PTO, have to schedule time off ONE YEAR IN ADVANCE , given 40 hours for sick time at the start of the year , any parent knows , that’ll be gone by March or April if you’re lucky. And they do not accept doctors notes. You get penalized for using earned PTO thats not scheduled a year in advance. They stretch out training (admittedly due to space ) but you won’t be considered for any type of promotion for at least 2.5 or 3 years with being in the company. Rules change constantly with no verbal warnings, if you don’t check every single email everyday, you will fall behind.

Benefits are decent, pay is fairly competitive, annual bonus, free soup and oatmeal, hybrid schedule, training programs are great

Cons

Little to no advancement, management plays favorites, communication and transparency are non- existent, work is repetitive and mindless, whistleblow at your own risk, horrible tech

Hybrid schedule. Free soup and oatmeal. Cheap lunches. Generous 401k matching.

Cons

Back to back calls. Micromanagement. Slave shop. Treated like children. Two short 10 minute breaks and one 30 minute lunch. Not enough to recoup throughout the day which is a clear recipe to burnout.
