      Free soup & oatmeal. Nice 401k match.

      Cons

      MICRO management. Vacation bids are only in November, little chance of getting another day off. So much easier and faster to find another job then try to make this one work. Run away, fast.

      Extensive training. Coworker's are wonderful.

      Cons

      Hostile work environment especially if you have a pension. Cut benefits for people already collecting a pension. Then started bullying their staff. They micromanage everything which is funny most managers have low work ethic and their talent is on how mean they can be to their fellow man.

      Good work life balance , good benefits, good campus

      Cons

      No growth , to many micro mangers and supervisors No technology advancement, no motivation , no training of any sort No architectural standards , systems are developed without any forward thinking To many old people and they are not ready to change with new ideas Always insecure about their roles and positions
