      Pros

      Good starting salary and ok vacation time. Other than that it's a pretty miserable place to work.

      Cons

      MICROMANAGEMENT. Conflicting advice, you're dammed if you do and dammed if you don't. Taking on too much business but aren't equipped to handle it. You're literally watched every second your there. And don't ever call in sick because they will punish you for it. And don't ever think if you need to leave early for an emergency because if they need you on the phones they won't accommodate it.

      Free soup, paid training, decent hours and did not take work home with you.

      Cons

      Took away all of the good benefits, destroyed the pay scale, more work coming in than there are people to handle it, nitpicking supervisors, culture stuck in the 50's, poor treatment of employees.
