Pros

Most supervisors don't micromanage at lease not in the Northern offices.

Cons

Upper management hands out rules and claim reps are stuck implementing them. Nasty customers. Managers give the customers anything to shut them up. You argue with the customers about the rules then they get whatever they want anyway. The claims department does work for every other department but no overtime /flex hours. They no longer care about the staff and you can tell by all the staff looking to leave or that are just depressed. Pay is lower than industry standard

Pros

A good place to start an insurance career because they are willing to teach you what you need to know. Coworkers are nice.

Cons

When looking at the makeup of the employees in the company it is clear that African Americans and Latinos are not represented like they should be, especially in power positions. How this is allowed to happen when 2 out of 3 office locations are near cities that are made up of both those groups is very strange.
