      Overall okay job

      Pros

      -My unit’s director is amazing, supportive, understanding, flexible -Coworkers are amazing, provide great support (I’ve been floated to multiple units and have seen this there too) -Free parking -Readily available supplies

      Cons

      -Having trouble moving up positions/switching departments (might just be a personal issue) -Staffing isn’t always great, occasionally short nurses (puts charge nurse in staffing) and techs (RNs are assigned room numbers to provide tech care for such as VS), I’m down to help anywhere I can but difficult to provide somewhat total pt care to multiple pts.

      Welcoming Work place

      Pros

      Started as a travel nurse, loved it and stayed there as staffing. Rare to find a welcoming hospital. Felt safe performing my duties and as if I had all the resources I needed.

      Cons

      Rehab unit could use work in terms of their staffing.
