The staff really cares about you , the benefits are great and amazing activities are shared with your employers and the pay was a plus. On top of that the success rate is high when it comes to moving up in the company.

Cons

there was no con to working at the hospital. there are only good things to say about the facility . on that note I was more than happy working at the North Kansas City Hospital.
