Pros

Some departments have flexible start -end hours

Cons

Too much overload, low pay, no salary increase most of the time, you have to be your manager's favorite to get a promotion. What you learn is up to you, they do not provide trainings or opportunity to grow.

Pros

Awesome place to learn things like a sponge. If you put in the time you can make this into something great in the long run. Most employees are around the same age so we all deal with similar issues in regards to the workloads.

Cons

The upper management and partners, especially founders think it's okay to pay wages that are not survivable. They are completely lost and oblivious to the word "inflation" and pay wages competitively to the year 2008. This is definitely not the best business management firm in the country it is at "best" a bridge to get to a firm that will pay you a fair wage. There were people working 2 jobs on top of this one to be able to pay rent.
