Some departments have flexible start -end hours

Cons

Too much overload, low pay, no salary increase most of the time, you have to be your manager's favorite to get a promotion. What you learn is up to you, they do not provide trainings or opportunity to grow.

Pros

Some good people in the office. If you’re lucky you’ll get a good manager.

Cons

So many cons. Underpaid for the amount of work given. Expected to prioritize work over everything and very little training. Commute is horrible.
