Pros

You will gain enough experience to use somewhere else.

Cons

This company shows little to no regard for its employees. Even their top performers go unappreciated, and no one is truly secure in their position. There’s no room for compromise, it's always "their way or the highway." They’d rather terminate employees than make even the smallest accommodations. Management is disorganized and unapproachable. It’s no surprise this company has one of the highest turnover rates in the industry. Though they have defined position levels, they rarely follow them. Employees are routinely expected to take on responsibilities beyond their job descriptions, without proper compensation or promotion.. as long as you’re willing to tolerate it. This job will take a toll on both your physical and mental health. While they promote mental health initiatives like seminars, it feels hypocritical when they penalize employees for taking time off to actually care for themselves. The HR department is ineffective and primarily serves to protect upper management. It’s a closed circle! Tight-knit and unwelcoming to anyone outside of it. The work itself isn’t difficult; the real problem lies with the toxic culture created by poor leadership. I’ve witnessed countless colleagues develop health issues directly related to the intense stress fostered by management. While there are a few decent managers, they are rare and even those can only shield you for so long before the environment gets to you. The company doesn’t compensate nearly enough for the emotional and physical toll it takes. Their token gestures; summer events and monthly birthday celebrations - do little to offset the damage. If you value your well being, this is not the place for you. There is something better out there. Don’t settle.

Pros

I was able to get a job with little to no experience in the field and I learned a lot.

Cons

NKSFB is the largest business management firm in the country. Their annual revenue is $100 Million. With their average revenue from each employee is over $200k. There was no position in my office except the CEO and maybe the Director who made that much. Year after year, employees were told that the company couldn't afford raises or bonuses. This is clearly untrue and leaves the employees with hardly enough money to even live in the city where they work. Dealing with HR or management is like talking to a robot. You feel like just a number to them. An egregious lack of privacy and confidentiality. My confidential medical paperwork was viewed by my supervisor, it should have only been seen by HR. High turnover. Micromanagement but somehow still a huge lack of support. Highly unprofessional CEO. Shady business practices and tax loopholes

Pros

Clients are very pleasant to talk with and to know.

Cons

NKSFB was the worst company I’ve ever worked for. I spent 20 years there, and they took advantage of me. Be cautious of Shreya, Mickey, and Matt Segal; they are unpleasant to work with and set you up to fail. They prioritize their own financial gain over the clients' needs. I would not recommend anyone to join this company, as Mickey and Matt make false promises solely for their benefit. There is no positive culture within the organization; it is quite sexist, and Matt promotes that environment. While he claims that we cannot work with personal clients, a YouTube video shows him promoting personal relationships with clients, which is hypocritical. They become intimidated by those who are smarter than them. Shreya is often used to set people up to fail and get them fired, all to cover up their shortcomings. Ana V is racist and a lair. Wallace Fortune very mentally abusive and very much as a token for the black clients. Very jealous person all of them are. Never go there. Or get out while you can. Fake company for the upper partner pockets.
