Some of the senior staff was nice dealing with. Some understood on how things needed to get done.

Cons

Controller was to controlling. Did not understand how to manage staff. That's why I left and others have left. Need to learn how to crawl before you walk and understand what the word "Team", means.

Cons

You are likely to become pigeonholed to Hollywood accounting. Additionally, nepotism runs rampant here.
