      Good clients, no micro-managing, flexible schedule

      Cons

      Poor leadership and no management. Very difficult to get guidance. Mean-spirited partner bad mouths everyone from staff to fellow partners lowers morale. Worked with another person who clearly is mentally unstable and goofy. No room to move up. Most staff left for better opportunities.

      great people to work with interesting clientele and interesting business good location in Westwood near UCLA campus and Westwood Village

      Cons

      dead end jobs 401k is a money loser due to high fees partnership structure is difficult to to claim ownership billable hours model My Manager was a narcissistic psycho and a bully who took credit for everything and blamed everyone else for her shortcomings. Upper management refused to take action despite high turnover in her dept.Always put everyone down to make herself look good.
