Pros
You will learn a lot here if you are getting into IT Liked the people I worked with The building facilities were nice.
Cons
Low pay and they drag thier feet on hiring help and giving raises. They do you dirty when it comes to the financial aspect of the job, they will preach loyalty but expect you to keep working for them for low pay. I was only there for 5 months and saw around 5 people leave. All left because of management and pay. Morale can get low amongst the team because everyone know how much little people are getting paid for the amount of work. Morale goes even lower when people begin to leave. When I was leaving the company, management started talking behind my back saying "they were going to fire my a** anyways", I know this because multiple people that I worked with told me that was what they were saying. Ultimately you will find low pay for the amount of work you will be doing, they try to string you along long enough with the carrot in front of your face of a promotion or raise. CIO leadership is not good, will talk down to you, take it personally if he hears you looking for a job, and does not know how to lead.
