      Pros

      Felt the company didn’t have much to offer I felt like I wasn’t growing or learning in the position I was in.

      Cons

      Had a team meeting. Someone in the meeting took a picture of me and sent it to other employees making fun of my photo. What kind of culture is this?

      Pros

      Great People at the lower levels. Starting Salary is Average. Has some (emphasis on some) great managers willing to teach you the ropes. In N Out every month on first Tuesday or whatever. Good place to start your career in business management.

      Cons

      Average salary increase of 2%-4%, can be up to 8% but you would need to work a LOT of overtime. Clients can be good or bad, really luck of the draw. Some managers don't want you to move up, so they'll prevent you from learning new things. CEO is out of touch with employees, only thinks for himself and how to make more money without paying employees enough (hot news: he's a dumptruck of a human being). Before 2 years of employment you'll most likely find yourself looking for a new job.
