8yThank you for your review. It seems that overall you had a positive experience at NLMK. We are glad that you thought highly of our benefits offering. Our current benefits are listed on Glassdoor.
Although NLMK USA continues to grow, we have managed to retain a family atmosphere. Many employees have been with the company for many years, and know each other very well.
We are happy to say that the steel market is very strong and that we are doing a lot of hiring. In addition, we are creating new ways of training and developing personnel.
In regards to listening to a few employees, as it may not represent the many, we continually encourage our leaders to listen to their employees and try to incorporate their feedback to make our business stronger.
