A company where you already have responsability as an young enginner. It’s a good school to learn by yourself.

Cons

Bad salary with a lack of advantages. You work 40 to 50 hours a week and the management is never satisfied. They only remember mistakes. A company with no team spirit and with a lot of operational issue (for example, the management of spare parts is a disaster). The board change people in the organizational chart every 6 months and don’t reward by promotion the most competent and workers people. Workers always complain and threat to stop rolling to strike.
