My experience at NLMK gave me the opportunity to learn a lot about steel business. Role with a lot of responsabilities and tasks.

Cons

Responsabilities and tasks not rewarded. Taking initiative was not well perceived. Very negative work atmosphere.

Excellent company with a very strong competetive position. Obsessed with efficiency, young and dynamic leadership, KPIs and long-term goals everywhere.

Cons

Compensation is below industry average I guess, as the firm considers itself a great place to work for, so it feels like the fact one works for it is already a great reward.
