Pros
- Great colleagues, great community, good for networking. - It was a good learning experience for a beginner. - Budapest office is great.
Cons
- Poor salary (but I was glad for it as a first timer). - Management is powerless against a client, so they are not able to protect the client, the employee and the product. - The company is clearly declining, they send away masses of people. I tought it was a one time thing last year (2019) but this year (2020) they already had 2 wave of firing people. - The owner is on the client side every time. - The company product is kind of obsolete, new features are not competitive enough.
