      * Good if you’re trying to first learn and develop with cloud technologies, especially AWS. * Work/Life balance

      Cons

      * Pay was low compared to the industry standard, but then, Houston pays low. * Maturing software, so not much to design and develop from the ground up anymore * increasing in-office mandatory days

      If you also work from another state, you must come to the Main office in Houston for Work. There is no excuse for this.

      Great people to work with shoulder to shoulder. Most everyone is down to earth.

      Cons

      Make sure you’ve got a good manager and management structure. Some groups can have toxic management.
