Worked at satellite location, not head office - easy to get ignored. Mostly SW maintenance work, fun tasks only given to 2 senior people. Management is ineffective and focuses on the wrong things. There is no room for promotion or progression and no training. Wages are well below industry standard and you must fight to get even a cost of living increase. The management seem to think that that the technicians and engineers are plebs, and that they can just haul anyone off the street to do the job. Deficiencies in management are evident from the lowest to the highest levels.
