Pros

Corporate employee benefits, work/life balance, easy work, great medical & dental insurance

Cons

Ineffective, inconsistent, inexperienced, incompetent, unethical management, employees w/degrees vs managers w/o degrees at Corporate level, non-degree toxic covert narcissistic managers should not become managers with the sole intention & enjoyment on using & abusing power & control over others. A bad manager can take a good staff and destroy it, causing the best employees to flee and the remainder to lose all motivation.

Pros

NOV is a large company.

Cons

Nov is a large company with no mentoring for career advancement. No bonus structure for hard working employees. No career advancement. HR is poorly trained in hiring skilled employees. Upper management is poorly skilled in structure and holding accountability for their errors in better business sense and lack of leader ship.

Pros

Good health insurance, getting better in 2016. Good 401k match, after you wait a year, if you can stand it that long.

Cons

Clueless management. Micromanagers. Poor processes. Dysfunctional organization. Crappy office locations. Very low performing culture (by design). No concept of how to change.
