      Great Training People at the top have been around awhile 60,000 Employees world wide so you have a lot of room for growth Great benefits Company isn't going anywhere Solid retention rates

      People at the top have been around awhile and are stuck in their ways Not very proactive - sometimes would rather wait for a problem to grow so they can be a hero Some locations are very remote With 60,000 employees, you're typically just a number Your job happiness greatly depends on your division

      Pros

      The benefits packages are amazing, mostly. The work hours are great during busy periods. A very close relationship with your fellow co-wokers is easy to establish based on how N.O.V. divides their facilities. They will send you places for training if needed. The will pay for any expenses for the training.

      Cons

      Dental insurance doesnt cover much. When it gets slow in the oilfield, it gets REAL slow. Because of how close you can get with your co-workers, favoritism sometimes is an issue.
