      Pros

      Well driven company. Management good at listen to workers for better ideas and better processes. A engineer have a lot of freedom as long as delivery time is met.

      Cons

      Maybe too focus on high margin rather then focus on perfection Salary are not so great

      Great people to work with, managers care about employees. A lot of different options career-wise. Has ability to make big changes in the industry.

      Cons

      National Oilwell is a big company and it suffers the same problems of all big companies - hard to turn a big ship quickly.
